Primarily looking for an au pair or baby sitter that help with child care of our 4 year old boy. We work and travel a lot and therefore need someone that are responsible and self sufficient. Someone who fits well with the family dynamic and day to day routine, and can help take some load of when needed. Preferably you can also do dome child care in my RV when I'm out traveling in Norway.
