We are a family with two children (a baby of 9 months and an older child in school). We are a multilingual family, and Italian, Norwegian and English are spoken at home. We are looking for a babysitter who can help us mainly during the daytime for the next couple of months (about 2 days per week) with our baby, while we work from home or from the office. From late summer / autumn, when the youngest starts kindergarten, the role may continue with pickup from school/kindergarten and time with the children in the afternoon. We have previously had a long-term Italian nanny who became part of our family, and we value trust and a good relationship over time. Italian is a big plus, but English-speaking babysitters can also be a good fit. We are looking for someone reliable, warm, and comfortable being with a baby. Experience is not essential — personality matters most.
